A civil servant shall discharge one's responsibility with highest degree
of proficiency in skills and knowledge, positive moral values and ethics,
loyalty, untarnished integrity and undiminished enthusiasm and courtesy.

A civil servant is responsible for his decisions and actions and must be accountable to
whatever scrutiny is appropriate.

A civil servant shall not place himself under any financial or
other obligation to outside individuals or organizations that may influence him in the
performance of his official duties. |

A civil servant shall at all times be true, loyal and faithful to the
Tsawa-Sum. |

A civil servant shall be fair, neutral, not favour
one person more than another in carrying out public business, including making public
appointments, awarding contracts, or recommending individuals for awards and benefits.

relating to his official duties and take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way
