5th Human Resource Conference- March 19, 2018

The 5th Human Resource Conference on the theme “Better Civil Service for a Brighter Future” was held from 12-14 March 2018 at Sonamthang Central School, Panbang Dungkhag with 104 participants from 65 agencies.

The purpose of the conference was to enhance the human resource services across the civil service. The conference discussed common issues related to human resource management, model organization and 2016-17 MaX-moderation outcomes.

The Conference held a fair on best practices in HR Service to exchange ideas and promote innovative delivering effective services. The Conference also discussed on Civil Service well-being, promoting volunteerism in Civil Service, workplace sexual harassment, alternative dispute resolution on HR matters, HR parenting and Competency based HR management system. It ended with a day long team building activity of rafting, cycling, basketball and football.
