OBJECTIVE


 
The IPSDS Team has the mandate to achieve the following objectives:
  1. Simplify existing public service delivery system.
  2. Reduce Administrative Burden (AB).
  3. Reduce Papers works and red tape.
  4. Reduce conflicting and duplicating rules and regulations.
  5. Explore feasibility to outsource public services.
  6. Enhance One Stop Shop (OSS) public service system.
  7. Identify and recommend redeployment of surplus civil servants.
