PhD Program at GRIPS, Japan

The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to inform that the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan is inviting applications for the Ph.D. Program (5 year program: minimum 3 year) for  October 2015 academic session.
The Program is taught entirely in English and GRIPS full scholarships are available for academically distinguished applicants on a competitive basis.
