PhD Program at GRIPS, Japan

The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to inform that the National

Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan is inviting applications for the Ph.D. Program (5 year program: minimum 3 year) for October 2014 academic session.
