Today (21st March 2017), the Royal Civil Service Commission and 10 Master Trainers in collaboration with the officials from Singapore Polytechnic International, Singapore is conducting the 1st Design Thinking Cascading Workshop. A total of fifty four participants from different Ministries and Agencies participated in the workshop.

Chairman, Royal Civil Service Commission, Dasho Karma Tshiteem graced the opening session for the workshop. Speaking on the importance of capacity building of public servants in innovation and creative thinking, Dasho said that the participants are expected to use the Design Thinking concepts to relook at the various services with emphasis on empathy, collaboration and stakeholder feedback. This will help them generate scores of ideas and create innovative new solutions rooted in people’s actual needs to provide better and faster services.

The 1st Cascading workshop will end on 24th March 2017.
