Documents Required & Registration Process (BCSE Manual 2023)

- A graduate wishing to appear for the BCSE shall register online (There is no requirement of any documents during online Registration).
- Candidates who qualify in the PE shall be required to report to the venue, on the announced date and time in person for verification and confirmation for the ME with the following documents in ORIGINAL as well as photocopies:
- Valid Bhutanese Citizenship Identity (CID) Card;
- Valid Online Security Clearance Certificate;
- Consolidated Marksheet or Semester wise Marksheet of Bachelor Degree. For those graduates, who do not have the “original marksheet/semester-wise mark sheet” should get the copy verified by the Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA), MoESD.
- A graduate in the medical and health profession shall produce a certificate of full registration/accreditation from the BQPCA/Competent Authority.
- Class X transcripts and Class XII transcripts for those graduates who have two-year Bachelor’s Degree acquired by candidates with a minimum of Class X and a Certificate or Diploma of two years or more.
- Recent passport-size photograph;
- Legal stamp
