Appointed - 09/04/2012
Khenpo Phuntsho Tashi, Chief Curator (P1A), National Museum, Department of Culture, Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs, has been appointed as Director (EX3), National Museum, Department of Culture, Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs, w.e.f 15/04/2012. He has been selected through an open competition held on 22/03/2012.

Meeting with Dzongkhag Civil Servants - 05/04/2012
Teams from the Royal Civil Service Commission will be meeting with the Civil Servants of all the twenty Dzongkhags and four Thromdes in the coming weeks, starting from 6th April, 2012 till 21st June, 2012. During the meeting, the Civil Servants will be briefed on the provisions of the Civil Service Act of Bhutan 2010 and inputs sought on the draft BCSR 2012.

Tharchin Lhendup, Regional Director (P1 A), Regional Revenue and Customs Office, Bumthang, Department of Revenue and Custom,Ministry of Finance, has been appointed as Executive Secretary (EX3 A),Phuntsholing Thromde, Ministry of Works and Human Settlement, w.e.f 01/04/2012. He has been selected through an open competition held on 17/02/2012.

Promotion - 19/03/2012
Kesang Wangdi, Ambassador to Thailand, is promoted to EX3 A Position Level, with effect from March 1, 2012.

Promotion - 06/03/2012
Tshering Dorji, Secretary, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs, is promoted to the EX1 Position Level, with effect from February 7, 2012.
