2018 Pre Joint Review meeting discussion between RCSC and TICA- November 19, 2018

A Pre Joint Review meeting was held on November 15, 2018 between the officials of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) to discuss on Human Resources Development and Friends from Thailand Programme (FFT).
