Announcement for BCSE – B.Ed Graduates Examination 2016

The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the BCSE – B.Ed Graduates Examination 2016 as follows:

1) Weighting of the three parts of examination:
Part I: Academic Achievement – 30%
Part II: Written Examination – 50%
Part III: Viva Voce – 20%

2) Written Examination:
Paper I: English Language
Graduate level for Arts/Science electives
Class XII level for Dzongkha elective
Paper II: Dzongkha Language
Graduate level for Dzongkha elective
Class XII level for Arts/Science electives
Paper III: Teacher Aptitude Test (in English)
Teacher Aptitude Test shall be objective type questions to test logical reasoning, basic data interpretation, problem solving skills, and general awareness. Candidates shall be required to answer in the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet provided by the RCSC.

3) REGISTRATION PROCESS
Eligible candidates shall register online at bcse.rcsc.gov.bt. Upon completion of e-Registration, please print e-Admit Card for your examination.
Candidates are required to report in person for verification of documents and confirmation of registration for the Examination with the following documents in original as well as a complete set of photocopies:
a. Academic transcripts of B.Ed Degree (Semester-wise & consolidated)
b. Academic transcripts of Classes XII
c. Academic transcripts of Classes X
d. Bhutanese Citizenship ID card
e. Valid online security clearance
f. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
g. One recent passport photograph
h. Three legal stamps
i. NOC
j. Bhutanese Citizenship ID Card of the witness
k. Letter of Undertaking click here
In-service candidates who have attained 35 years of age and above are requested to fill up this form (click here to download the form) and send to bcse@rcsc.gov.bt along with a copy of your Citizenship Identity Card and complete your e-registration upon receipt of intimation from the RCSC.
