BCSE 2017 Toppers Awarded His Majesty’s Certificates

The Honourable Chairman Dasho Karma Tshiteem, presented the certificates received from the Secretariat of His Majesty the King to the toppers of the Bhutan Civil Service Examinations (BCSE), 2017.
