The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the TWO (02) vacancies for the post of Director in EX3 A for in-service civil servants:

1. Dept. of Human Resources, Ministry of Labour & Human Resources; and

2. Dept. of Human Settlement, Ministry of Works & Human Settlement.

Minimum Qualification required: Bachelors Degree with advanced Training in Public Policy Administration, Management & Economic Development

For eligibility criteria, please refer section 13.7.3.2 of the Promotion Rules and Regulation, BCSR 2012, available at the RCSC website (www.rcsc.gov.bt).

Applicants with relevant qualification/training and experience shall be given preference for the purpose of short listing.

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply. Application along with Curriculum Vitae must reach the RCSC Secretariat latest by December 24, 2013.

There will be written examination in Dzongkha & English prior to the Interview.
