As per the decision of the 51st Commission Meeting held on January 12, 2016, Dr. Phuntsho Namgyel (EID No. 8801002), Director/EX3A, Cabinet Secretariat is transferred as the Director/EX3A for National Council Secretariat with effect from January 15, 2016.
