Extension for submission of IELTS Certificate (Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency (TICA) Scholarship for the academic intake 2017, August)

The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is pleased to extend the deadline for submission of IELTS Certificate to RCSC for TICA scholarships (20 slots under full support and 30 slots under the cost sharing).

Rest of the information on the scholarship remains the same as given in the earlier announcement (RCSC/HRD-21.2/2016/1788 dated 2nd December, 2016).

Extended deadline:   11th January, 2017 (on or before 4 PM)
