Future Leaders Mentoring Programme (FLMP)- March 29, 2017
The Royal Civil Service Commission has initiated the Future Leaders Mentoring Programme (FLMP) in the civil service as one of the programs under the Civil Service Well-being reform. The main purpose of the FLMP is to guide the development of young civil servants early in their career – the first one to two years so that they receive the necessary guidance to help develop their full potential. Towards this end, we are privileged to have as the mentors retired Government Secretaries.
Recruits of 2016 and 2017 from PDGPA, PGDFM and the technical category have been identified as the mentees. A total of 32 mentees have been identified and will be mentored by 4 mentors.
