Press Release: Re-declaration of PE result announced on 24th August 2017- August 28, 2017

The Royal Civil Service Commission hereby re-declares the result of the PE examination announced on 24th August 2017,on account of re-evaluation of the papers.Following an appeal, it was found that the wrong answer options were provided to one of the Problem Solving questions, which accounts for one mark. Therefore, the Commission re-declares the result with the following amendments:

1. The question is treated as null and void across the board.

2. All candidates have been awarded one mark each. However, results of the 178 candidates who were awarded a mark for this question earlier will remain the same. Please visit exam.rcsc.gov.bt for confirmation of your final result.

3. The schedule for the documents verification for the ME has been updated accordingly.

4. The cut-off percentage of PE to qualify for the ME remains the same at 50%.

The Commission sincerely regrets the error and any inconveniences it may have caused. The Commission will strive to ensure such errors do not occur again
