RCSC HR Forum

The 2nd Annual HR Conference held in November 2013, had recommended to have an online HR Forum to facilitate communication amongst the HROs in the RCSC, Ministries, Autonomous Agencies, Dzongkhags and Thromdes.

This forum provides a platform to HROs to discuss issues and clarify doubts so that they are able to take HR actions in line with the relevant provisions of the Constitution, Civil Service Act of Bhutan 2010 and BCSR.

The HROs are advised to be the member of this forum and remain up-to-date with the provisions of the laws and rules related to Civil Service HR management.
