RE-INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL ON FINAL EVALUATION OF PHASE I AND PHASE II PROJECT- January 16, 2019
The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) as part of the Project under the support from the Austrian Development Cooperation intends to conduct Evaluation of two Projects;
Phase I: Institutionalisation of New Performance Management System and Leadership Development Programme and Civil Service Reforms; and
Phase II: Civil Service Reforms for Excellence in Public Service Delivery. To carry out this evaluation, the RCSC invites proposals from firms/individuals with necessary experience and credentials for evaluation of the Projects.

Interested firms/individuals may kindly submit proposal to Louise Monger, ESMD in sealed envelope by January 30, 2019.
