Secondment to Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Office- December 10, 2014

The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the following position on secondment for the Civil Servants in Position level P3 A and above

: Position Title   : Governance Project Officer

  1.      1. Agency           : Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) Bhutan

  2.      2. Payment          : Lump sum amount of Nu. 71,100/- per month (Nu. 65,000 a base amount + Nu. 5,200 employer contribution to the PF + Nu. 900 as other benefits)

  3.      3. Other condition : There shall be no year-end premium or leave encashment

  4.     4.  Duration        : Initial period of one year

  5.      5. Assignment requirements and qualifications are specified in the ToR

 

Interested and eligible civil servants (as per Chapter 15 of BCSR 2012) may submit applications to the Director, RCSC Secretariat as follows before 31st December, 2014:

  1.           1. Application with updated curriculum vitae
  2.           2. No Objection Certificate (from the  HR Committee)
  3.           3. Performance evaluation ratings for the last two years
  4.           4. Valid Security Clearance certificate
  5.           5. Valid Audit Clearance certificate
